Greener Pastures serves a ever-growing audience of eaters who are passionate about supporting and purchasing from farms like yours. Our Farm Features put you directly in front of that audience. If you are looking to connect with new potential customers, raise the visibility of your farm, and gain access to free professional quality visual storytelling, then this is the right thing for you!
Our staff reviews all applications. If we think that you are a good fit, a member of our team will reach out to have a short conversation to make sure that your farm could benefit from being featured. Then, we notify all of the farms who are selected to be featured over email and our staff will contact you to schedule a farm visit for a photo shoot/film shoot and interview.

We set the table for Mother's Day with sustainable + regenerative treats front and center. Explore our recommendations.
Nettle Valley Farm uses a rotational grazing system- this means pigs and chickens systematically rotate into new pasture, surrounded by mobile electrified fencing that Dayna checks and adjusts each day. This method is good for the land and the pigs alike. The pigs fertilize lush pasture (unlike confinement hog operations where liquid manure gathers in toxic pits). And, the pigs get to behave like pigs- building mud baths, seeking shelter from the sun in the cool woods. “We try to give them a nice mix of shady woods for comfort level. We always try to make sure they have a breezy shady spot and the diversity of the plants that grow in shade- like nettles and blackcap raspberry vines.”
