Expertly prepared by Chef Cassie Rogers, this dim sum-inspired menu highlights the vibrant flavors of spring, featuring humane, sustainable, and foraged ingredients that honor the land and those who cultivate it.
As you savor each bite, you’ll also take part in something bigger. Throughout the meal, you’ll hear from a local farmer and be guided through taking impactful grassroots action—right at the table. Together, we’ll use our voices to advocate for a food system that champions animal welfare, soil health, climate resilience, and thriving local economies.
This intimate event is designed for those who appreciate extraordinary food and want to be part of the change. Brunch is hosted in The Greener Pastures Kitchen in the home of Executive Director Sarah Carroll, located in the Sheridan Neighborhood of Northeast, Minneapolis.
Note: We are pleased to accommodate dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan dietary preferences. Guests must be 21+. This is a non-tipping event. Location details are provided upon registration.
